一、服務協議 | Service Agreement

  1. 服務內容 | Service Scope Takusan Store JP作為代購服務提供商，將根據您的訂單購買指定商品，並轉送至您指定地址。

    Takusan Store JP acts as a purchasing service provider to buy the specified items per your order and deliver them to your designated address.

  2. 服務對象 | Service Recipients 本服務僅限於18歲或以上人士，並確保用戶已具備法律行為能力並在法律允許範圍內使用本服務。

    This service is available only to individuals aged 18 or above who have legal capacity and are permitted by law to use this service.

  3. 網站使用條款 | Website Use Terms 通過訪問我們的網站並使用我們的服務，您同意接受這些條款的約束。如果您不同意這些條款，請勿訪問我們的網站或使用我們的服務。

二、訂單與付款 | Orders and Payments

  1. 訂單確認 | Order Confirmation 訂單在收到全額付款後方視為確認，並不保證商品一定有庫存。

    Your order will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Availability of items is not guaranteed at the time of placing the order.

  2. 付款方式 | Payment Methods 本公司接受多種付款方式，包括信用卡、銀行轉賬及其他經認可的付款方式。

    We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment options.

  3. 訂單變更或取消 | Order Changes or Cancellations 用戶可於付款完成前變更或取消訂單，付款完成後則視情況而定，並可能產生額外費用。

    Users may modify or cancel orders before payment is completed. After payment, changes or cancellations may incur additional fees and are subject to approval.

三、送貨規則 | Shipping Policy

  3. 風險轉移 | Risk Transfer 商品在發貨後的損壞或遺失風險將轉移至用戶。建議購買適當的運輸保險以保障您的利益。

    Risk of damage or loss of goods transfers to the customer upon shipment. It is recommended to purchase appropriate shipping insurance.

四、退款和退貨 | Refunds and Returns

  1. 退款政策 | Refund Policy 除非商品到達時損壞或有缺陷，否則不提供退款。

    Refunds will only be provided if the item arrives damaged or defective.

  2. 退貨條件 | Return Conditions 退貨須於商品送達後7天內提出，並確保商品未經使用且保留原包裝。

    Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and items must remain unused and in their original packaging.

  3. 退款流程 | Refund Process 經核實符合退款條件後，我們將在14個工作日內處理退款並退回到您的原付款方式。

    Upon verification of eligibility, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to your original payment method.
