Items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

退貨程序 | Return Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and complete the process, then purchase the desired item separately.

6. 歐盟14天冷靜期 | EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

若商品運送至歐洲聯盟地區，您有權在14天內取消或退回訂單，無需提供理由。但商品需符合上述退貨條件，包括未使用且保留原標籤與包裝。

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Items must meet the return conditions outlined above.

7. 退款政策 | Refund Policy

我們會在收到並檢查您的退貨後通知退款是否被批准。退款通過您的原支付方式處理，通常在10個工作日內完成。

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
